The Sysmex pocH-100i is a compact and user-friendly haematology analyser, developed for both traditional laboratory environments and decentralised testing settings.

Thanks to its intuitive operation, the system can be used with confidence at the point where it is needed. The renewed GUI, Graphical User Interface, supports a simple and clear workflow. Its compact design makes the pocH-100i suitable for a wide range of healthcare settings where reliable haematology results need to be available quickly.

The convenient one-box reagent concept enables fast and seamless reagent changes. In addition, the system automatically prepares dilutions in pre-dilution mode. A new automatic QC lockout function contributes to reliable results and, when required, supports compliance with accreditation requirements.

Unlike most 3-part differential analysers, the Sysmex pocH-100i provides a separate neutrophil count in addition to lymphocytes. Monocytes, eosinophils and basophils are reported together as mixed cells. Because elevated neutrophil levels are an important indicator of acute inflammatory or infectious conditions, a separate neutrophil count offers greater clinical value than the monocyte count typically provided by standard 3-part differential systems.
