Evaporators
Centrifugal evaporators and concentrators encourage evaporation by reducing the boiling point of a solvent under vacuum and applying heat. By creating centrifugal g force which confines the evaporation to the very surface of the product, inadvertent boiling and bubbling ("bumping") can be prevented. The centrifugal evaporation technique accommodates a wide range of solvents and can concentrate, dry to a film or freeze dry samples. Sysmex is supplying Genevac evaporators over more than 10 years.
