Requirements Manager (f/m/d) for Software Products in Medical Technology

Your responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the requirement engineering and management of Sysmex software products and systems according to internal software lifecycle management processes based on harmonised standards for medical device software
  • Receive market/business requirements for different software products and translate into stakeholder and software requirement specifications
  • Take responsibility for clarity, completeness and validity of the requirement documentation according to international quality standards for medical device software (IEC 62304) and medical devices (EN ISO 13485) in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
  • Support the risk management for IVD software products (EN ISO 14971)
  • Collaborate closely with other product stakeholders like Marketing, Product Management, Development, Test specialists and others

Your profile

  • IT-related degree/training or comparable technical background with software development focus
  • Several years of experience in IVD industry (healthcare laboratories) and requirement engineering and management (e.g. IREB certificate Requirements Manager)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactive, structured and thorough work style
