International Project Manager (f/m/d) with Experience in Digital Training and Marketing

Your responsibilities

  • Global roll-out of our learning experience platform by implementing regional requirements from different countries according to local training strategies
  • Ensure proper local domain implementation and professional go live by guiding and supporting international colleagues during content preparation phase
  • Prepare classroom and virtual training courses, deliver learning platform training for all required admin roles of the assigned region
  • Lead the global learning platform community for common success and secure our sharing culture
  • Innovate Sysmex training approach by converting excellent ideas into practice and aligning regional requests for further development with our customer-focused approach
  • Define pragmatic development solutions at a global level for reasonable costs to maintain platform reliability  
  • Test newly developed features and the impact on the established learning platform workflows
  • Provide regular global reporting

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience with agile and international project management, preferably in the field of online media and/or digital marketing
  • Experience with international training landscapes and cultural differences
  • IT affinity, especially for content management and online tools
  • Instinct for design trends in terms of landing pages, interactivity and user experience
  • Excellent training and communication skills
  • Organised and customer-centric work style
  • Willingness to travel globally
