Boditech AFIAS-10

The AFIAS-10 has been developed for laboratories, clinics and healthcare environments where speed, ease of use and reliable test results are essential. Thanks to the integrated and fully automated analysis process, the system performs all steps, from sample input to result. The required sample collection is performed automatically from the inserted tube, limiting manual handling and helping to reduce the risk of errors.

With 10 channels and 2 independently operated bays, the AFIAS-10 can perform multiple tests at the same time. Each bay can be used separately, allowing routine testing and different parameters to be processed flexibly side by side. This makes the system suitable for a wide range of diagnostic needs, from cardiac markers to infection, hormone, diabetes, cancer and autoimmune parameters.

For urgent situations, the AFIAS-10 is equipped with an emergency test function. This allows an urgent test to be prioritized during the regular testing routine. Once the urgent test has been completed, the system automatically resumes the remaining routine. This supports rapid clinical decision-making without unnecessarily interrupting the daily workflow.

Operation is clear and simple. The user inserts the cartridge, places the sample tube in the tube rack and slides the rack into the AFIAS-10. The all-in-one cartridges contain all required reagents and are ready to use. This makes the testing procedure accessible and consistent, even in busy healthcare environments.

The AFIAS-10 supports various sample tubes, including 0.5, 3 and 5 mL blood collection tubes and 0.5 and 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes. PID barcodes can be read and results can be processed via various connections. With bidirectional LIS/HIS connectivity, medical orders can be received directly and results can be quickly forwarded to the appropriate systems.
