Description

The AeroFit performs accurate Fit Factor measurements using direct concentration measurement (Cout/Cin) and supports mask types with efficiency below 99%, such as N95. The system uses 99.5% reagent-grade isopropyl alcohol as a working fluid and provides extended operation per fill (up to 8 hours at 21 °C).

With a measurement range from 0 to 100,000 particles/cm³ and particle sizes between 20 and 1000 nm, AeroFit is suitable for various applications. Its capacitive touchscreen (800x480 px), 20 GB memory, and multiple USB ports ensure intuitive and flexible operation. The included OHD Logic software supports data analysis, reporting, and configuration on Windows 10 PCs.

AeroFit comes standard with a wide range of accessories, including USB cable, manual, software, probes, tubing, alcohol capsules, and an N95 refill kit. The unit has a robust housing and is powered by a universal power supply (100–240 VAC).
