Atago RePo Series

Announcing an All-in-One, refractometer and polarimeter hybrid unit. As little as 3mL sample, the RePo can measure both brix and optical rotation of the sample. With the press of a button, purity, international sugar scale, specific rotation, and concentration can be displayed. Users can also set an upper and lower measurement limit. An indicator light alerts the user if a measurement value is within the limits, allowing for optimal efficiency. The RePo can be utilized for many uses, including helping to determine the rate of crystallization in honey.

HFCS analysis

HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) contains 3 types of sugar: Sucrose, Fructose and Glucose. This unit will give you not only the total % of sugar (Brix%) but also % of Fructose only. Invert Sugar is a mixture of Fructose and Glucose, obtained by splitting Sucrose into these 2 components.
