FIT screening

The FIT-based screening test is easy and therefore manages to attract high participation rates – the main driver behind the success of any national or regional screening programme. Generally, national or regional administrations assume responsibility for managing the logistics, financials and efficiency of the programme in close cooperation with their selected laboratory partners.

Employee development

Most people who feel comfortable at Sysmex are interested in continuing their own personal development well beyond traditional schools and university. And we consider it one of our responsibilities to make this possible. Individual personal development planning for each employee is a permanent part of the regular employee discussions. We offer all manner of development options and training, which is available to all staff.

A special feature of our training options is our ‘Sysmex School’ at which employees deliver training and lectures for employees – a sort of staff for staff event. It means we all – including those of us who have been working here for longer – get to know the company even better, and expand our knowledge of the various work areas.
