Sysmex is a market leader in the field of clinical laboratory testing and health information technology products and services - supplying laboratories, hospitals and healthcare organizations worldwide. We are currently expanding and are seeking experienced professionals with initiative and drive to join our team as "Application Specialists" in İstanbul and Ankara.


  • A Diploma / Degree in Medical Technology / Medical Science or its equivalent         
  • At least 3 years experience in Medical devices industry         
  • Must have very strong hands-on knowledge and experience        
  • Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making         
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical/clinical content in an easy to understand manner        
  • Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
  • Conduct with professionalism with strong interpersonal skills in thoughts, words and actions     
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to handle customer issues and demonstrate the ability to verbally describe in a logical manner        
  • Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented        
  • Able to work independently as well as an effective team player        
  • Able to travel


  • Involve in the development and co-management of Sysmex products as well as support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving their sales / marketing targets and including the following duties ·
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to existing and potential users of Sysmex products as well as personnel from distribution channels in the region ·
  • Work closely with corporate team and distributors to expand business prospects ·
  • Keep abreast and strengthen the technical / product knowledge relating to product information, specification, modification of existing / new products, upgrading or extending existing /new products to explain clearly and support customers ·
  • Conduct application and theoretical training for the representatives of distributors ·
  • Initiate the development of customer training tools, including relevant application tools ·
  • Provide end-user training and strengthen the product knowledge of distributors ·
  • Provide excellent service on product and application troubleshooting ·
  • Maintain regular communication and continuous contact with all subsidiaries and distributors ·
  • Provide monthly activity reports for proper follow-up implementation and outcome actions
