Field Service Engineer In Vitro Diagnostics

After a thorough training, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of analyzers for clinical biology and hematology of the Sysmex brand, among others. This mostly highly automated equipment presents a challenge for a seasoned technician. Your intervention must be meticulous and accurate. You mainly work in laboratory environments in hospitals, universities and private laboratories. You advise the user on applications and use and work closely with your colleagues to guarantee a professional service. You work from home and are always in contact with your service coordinator who arranges your agenda and work organization. Your field of activity is all of Belgium.

We are looking for a candidate who -preferably- has a first experience as a field service engineer, preferably in laboratory equipment. You know the tricks of the trade as a technician on the road.
If you have a technical or lab/medical pre-education as a starter and you would like a career in the field, don't hesitate to respond.
In the field of computer science, you can master a simple network and you are able to test the IT applications connected to equipment. Naturally, Sysmex provides product-specific training. Moreover, you are a driven person who always strives for quality and customer satisfaction. You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are very precise in your interventions. In addition to Dutch, a good knowledge of French and English is important.
